Don't forget the military women stationed overseas forced to get abortions from non-English speaking doctors b/c of Henry Hyde.
Thanks for pointing out this article. I am amazed an appalled to learn that there is a law like this on the books. And a little surprised that the present administration hasn't moved to enforce it.
